I help you find the perfect location (hotel, villa, finca, etc.) for your event. If you are not in Mallorca, I will visit them for you and share videos.
Included: 1) a first online call to get to know each other & what is needed, 2) research locations available & visit the preferred ones, 3) help with the final agreement.
I help you plan the schedule and find the adequate providers (caterer, music, show, facilitator, trainer, guide, photographer, transfers, etc.).
Included: 1) a first online call to get to know each other & what is needed, 2) adapt the schedule together, 3) research providers & help booking them.
150€ + 100€/provider
I help you communicate with your participants (send confirmation & pre-event information, reply to questions, etc.) and handle other tasks (receive registrations, check payments, organise transfers, etc.).
Included: 1) a first online call to get to know each other & what is needed, 2) communication & other tasks.
Not included: promotion/advertisement.
150€ + 50-100€/participant according to tasks.
I help you check the schedule and confirmations with the location and providers. And check your participants have the correct booking and information.
Included: 1) an online call to get to know each other & what you have planned, 2) work on checking your lists, etc.
You know what you’re doing, but you would like some tips, or knowledge about Mallorca, or a professional overview.
Included: 1) a first online call to get to know each other & what you have planned, 2) research/ work on any suggestions, 3) a second online call to follow-up.
It’s all planned (with or without me), and you would like support during the event as you will be busy teaching/guiding/hosting.

Throughout the event, I help you coordinate the activities and providers according to the schedule. And handle any requests from the participants.
Included: 1) presence each day for the entire day, 2) coordinate logistics, 3) take care of participants.
400€/day or 200€/half-day according to arrival and departure times
(+ minimum a Pre-Event Check from Planning A to Z).
You have it under control except for one day of your event. It’s the same service as the Full-Time but for only one day, either:
- First day
I help you to get ready, welcome participants, handle requests, etc.
- Busy day
I help you on that busy day with a more complicated schedule when you won’t be able to be everywhere.
Included: 1) presence one day only for the entire day, 2) coordinate logistics, 3) take care of participants.
400€/day or 200€/half-day according to arrival and departure times.
If you have booked the Planning A to Z services and don’t need the Full-Time presence, but only some hours.
I support you with the coordination and requests only during certain hours of the day previously agreed.
Included: 1) part-time presence, 2) part-time support with the logistics & participants.
